Divorce Decree and other domestic orders often require modification due to changes in parties’ employment or income, changes in a families financial circumstances or other changes affecting existing child custody and parent time orders.

Modification of existing family law orders is a common process and we have successfully handled thousands of modification addictions, including but not limited to, changes in child support and alimony and changes to changes to child support and parent time orders. Modifications sometimes involve difficult and complex similar to those involved in original divorce or other family law actions but can be further complicated by changes in family structures and dynamics, blended families, relocations etc.
