The lawyers at Jennings & Medura, LLC, have long standing stellar reputations in the family law community among their colleagues, family court commissioners, Judges, custody evaluators and others involved in the family law process in Utah.  Our lawyers graduated with honors at the top of their classes from reputable colleges and top tier schools including Oxford, Gonzaga and the University of Utah and have spent most of their careers working solely in the area of family law.

Our lawyers are fellows of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (“AAML”) which is a prestigious, national organization on the cutting edge of all family law issues throughout the country.  The members of the AAML are considered to be the most knowledgeable, experienced and credentialed family practitioners in the country.  In addition, the AAML admits only those practitioners that have demonstrated the highest standards of practice and ethics.

The lawyers and staff at Jennings & Medura, LLC are highly involved in and informed by the American Family of Conciliation Courts “(AFCC”) which is a national organization that sets custody evaluation standards and guidelines and direction for lawyers, Judges and mental health professionals involved in the family law process. 

Our lawyers are AV rated which is the highest rating for practice and ethics from Martindale Hubble peer review.  Our lawyers serve on the Family Law Executive Committee of the Utah State Bar, the Ethics and Discipline and Committee which hears and reviews complaints against lawyers made with the Utah State Bar Office of Professional Conduct and serve on the Board of Legal Aid Society of Utah which is an organization that provides representation to those involved in divorce and protective order cases who cannot afford traditional legal services. 

Our firm has is also involved in the Supreme Court’s Lawyer Well-being task force and the Modest Means Committee of the Utah State Bar in charge of ensuring sliding scale representation for lower income litigants.
