Community Involvement

Providing support to the family law community, as well as those in need of family law legal services, is a priority in our practice.  To that end, our lawyers provide regular pro bono services to assist parties that are unable to afford legal services. 

We also provide low and no cost Private Guardian ad Litem representation for children in cases where abuse or neglect is alleged or where high conflict custody and parent time issues are and are included on the Utah State roster of approved Private Guardians ad Litem. 

We are very visible and active in the family law community and consistently donate time and funds to the AFCC,  Legal Aid Society of Utah as well as And Justice for All organization which provides many access to justice services.
