Kaitlyn Gibbs

Kaitlyn Gibbs began working with Jennings & Medura, LLC in January 2012. She has experience mediating and litigating divorce, child custody, guardianship, termination of parental rights and adoption cases. She is also a private guardian ad litem and represents children when there have been allegations of neglect or abuse.

Kaitlyn earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2012 from S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah where she held the positions of Note and Comment Editor on the Journal of Law and Family Studies, Managing Director of the Global Justice Think Tank, and President of the Public Interest Law Organization. She also worked as a law clerk at the Utah Attorney General’s Office in the Children’s Justice Division and interned at the Utah Guardian ad Litem’s office and Lokken & Associates, a parental defense firm.

During her spare time, Kaitlyn enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
